Gorgeous Quinceanera Session with Eileen

I had the most wonderful opportunity to photograph my first Quinceanera session with Eileen, a gorgeous gal trying to celebrate this huge event amidst the pandemic.

The Hernandez family came to visit me in December 2020 to talk about what they were looking for during the session. There was a huge concern about the possibility that the event, scheduled for the end of July 2021, may not take place at all! The Venue contacted the family and, due to the pandemic, had cancelled all of their events. They were hoping that by the beginning of July, businesses in Ventura County would open up again. Thankfully, they did!

The image of Eileen and her sister, Deanna above was inspired by an original image taken of Deanna during her quinceanera photo session quite a few years ago. Eileen was very small at the time and the family wanted to recreate the image showing their strong bond. I think we accomplished that!

This beautifully, shy girl blossomed in front of the camera as the session went on. She has such a sweet smile, it just warms your heart. Here are a few more highlights from her session.
