Newborn Session with Delaney

I had the pleasure of photographing my very first newborn in the new studio back on December 15th. Although the studio wasn’t completely set up yet, we made it work with four adults and one newborn with props and lights squeezed into a 120 square foot space! It was cozy, but Baby Delaney didn’t seem to mind. She was an absolute pleasure to photograph.

She was wide awake and smiling for the first half of her session until we were able to get her asleep by being rocked in Grandpa’s arms. She was such a joy to work with and her expressions were priceless.

We were able to capture a variety of setups and change outfits at least 3-4 times during our two hour session. Mom’s final images came at the end when Delaney was completely asleep and we incorporated fall colors into the scene. I can’t wait to create these images for my next newborn.
