Engagement Session with Travis and Emily

I was so excited when I found out that Travis was engaged! You see, I’ve known Travis for well over 11 years and I’ve watched him go from graduating high school to finally being accepted into the Fire Department. His Mom was Walker’s caregiver from the time he was 18 months old until just a couple of years ago. I am so proud of Travis and his accomplishments; like he’s my own son. As you can imagine, I was over the moon when they contacted me to photograph their engagement with their big baby, Brutus!

Brutus was a handful during the session and Travis’s sister, Talyn did her best to keep him focused. Hard to do with an over 100 lb, 2 year old dog!

We were able to capture quite a few images in between being jumped on and slobbered on. Brutus was definitely the center of attention during the session so it was only natural to make this into a “Brutus photo session” as well! Isn’t he adorable!
