My love for photography began long before I ever picked up a camera. As a little girl, I sat on the floor at my grandmother's house, absorbed in old photo albums filled with faces and stories.
When I lost my mother at just 14, I realized how few photographs we had of her as an adult, and very few photographs of me with my mother. That loss fuels everything I do.
For over 30 years, I've helped Ventura County families preserve their stories in beautifully printed images — meant to be cherished, displayed, and lived with.
Because one day, without warning, those photographs will stop being just pictures.
